SETUP - June 30th 7 am – 10 pm
PLEASE NOTE: Food vendors must be on site June 30th
for setup – time to be confirmed.
BOOTH
-
Shortage
size is Frontage ex. 10 x 20 = 10 ft frontage x 20 ft depth
- Must not tear down, pack
away or remove any part of a product display until after closing time.

Must open during hours of operation each day. (Except for optional
times)
Violation of this term
will result in forfeiture of all fees and you will not be invited back.

Tents and exhibits must meet local fire department standards and
requirements
-
Regional Health Services Dept regulations must be adhered to. (Food
Vendors ONLY)
SALES
-
Techniques
must not be found to be offensive to other vendors or the public.
-
Fort Erie Festivals has the right to require vendor to alter sales techniques.
-
Are restricted to individually assigned booth and pre-approved products
only.
VEHICLES
– Are
allowed on restricted roadways for unloading and loading only
-
All must be moved from site by 10 AM each day of show.
-
Storage trailers may be utilized within the booth subject to the prior
approval of the F E Festival.
- Dependent on condition of the park, vehicle access may not be allowed. – Be prepared to all types of weather.
VENDORS:
-
Are responsible for keeping their exhibit clean.
- All refuse shall be placed in garbage
containers located throughout the Festival grounds.
-
Only
“waste “ water to be put into gray totes.
- Shall not assign, sublet or
apportion all or part of the rights and space granted herein without written
permission from the
Friendship Festival.
DO
NOT LEAVE WASTE, OIL OR GARBAGE ON YOUR SITE
SIGNAGE
-
In booths must be professional looking in the opinion of the Friendship
Festival.
-will undertake to ensure
reasonable security during closing hours of the show, but will not be liable
for loss or damage due to fire, flood, theft, act of God or anything beyond the
control of the Friendship Festival, its agents, employees or representatives.
Without
limiting Fort Erie Festival’s contractual or other legal rights and remedies,
Fort Erie Festival reserves the right to immediately close any exhibit and bar
from the festival grounds any and all persons associated with such exhibit
where it appears, to the Fort Erie Festival, that any person associated with
the exhibit has engaged, is engaging, or is about to engage in a violation of
one or more of these terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to
time, or any violation the Fort Erie Festival, in its absolute discretion,
considers serious enough to warrant such action for the good of the Festival,
neither Fort Erie Festival nor any of its employees, servants or agents shall
be liable for damages or any other legal relief or compensation to any
concession affected by steps taken in accordance with this or any other term or
condition.
Vendor
warrants that nothing displayed sold, or done by Vendor will be in violation of
any trademarks, copyrighted, or other intellectual property rights. Vendor
agrees to indemnify Fort Erie Festivals and save it harmless against all claims
or demands by and liability to any party or parties, and all expenses and
costs, including legal costs on a solicitor and client basis, that may be
incurred by Fort Erie festivals by reason of any apparent or alleged or actual
breach of said warranty. Should it appear to Fort Erie Festivals at any time
that vendor is or may be in breach of this warranty, Fort Erie Festivals,
without limiting its other rights and remedies, may without warning or prior
notice close Vendor’s booth(s) down, eject Vendor from the Festival, and retain
all proceeds of vendor’s sales of any and all products as security for the
performance of the foregoing agreement to indemnify.
