The Fort Erie Festivals reserves the right to restrict products to be sold and to adjust locations.

· This application is subject to acceptance by the Fort Erie Festivals. Upon acceptance a contract with complete rules and regulations will be mailed. If application not accepted by Festival all monies returned by June 1^st, 2010

· No post dated checks accepted.

· Applicants who cancel by notice in writing received by Fort Erie Festivals on or before June 1^st, 2010 will receive a refund subject to $ 25 administration fee. .

Insurance- it is mandatory that all Concessionaires participating in the Friendship Festival have insurance.

· Public & Product Liability Limits minimum $ 1,000,000 each occurrence, $1,000,000 general aggregate, for bodily injury & property damage.

· Insurance certificate naming The Fort Erie Festivals, Niagara Parks Commission & Town of Fort Erie. As additional insured as in respect to your operation at the festival for the period of July 1st – July 5^th, 2010 (The extra days allow for setup and take down).

· Deadline for an insurance certificate is June 1, 2010.

· DO NOT send us a copy of your insurance policy only Insurance Certificate is needed
